What should I wear for the class?

Comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in, for example leggings, a tee shirt/vest top/gym-wear, with socks or bare feet.


What if I’ve never done Pilates before?

If you haven’t done any Pilates it is recommended that you have a minimum of one 1-1 session (see special offers) before joining a group class so that you can get the most out of it.  Alternatively, you could do a trial class and get there 10 minutes early so I can go over the basics with you before the class starts.  Please make sure you notify me if you wish to do this so that I can make sure I’m there early too!


What if I have an injury?

Before joining any class/1-1 you will need to fill in a PAR Q (short questionnaire about your basic physical health).  This will help to establish whether you are ready to start doing Pilates and give you an opportunity to discuss the nature of your injury.


How will I know if Pilates is for me?

You are more than welcome to email/ring for a chat if there’s more you want to find out.  And you can book a 1-1 session or try a group class to see if it is something you want to pursue.
