Come and enjoy the benefits of Pilates whether in a group or on a 1-1 basis.


Group classes are held at Teddington Constitutional Club, 5 Stanley Road, on MONDAYS & TUESDAYS at 6.30pm & FRIDAYS at 10am & are mixed level so will cater for those who  only have a little experience and also who have been doing Pilates longer.  If you have no previous experience of Pilates you are still very welcome, but you might find it helpful to arrive 10 minutes early so I can go over the basics with you before the class starts. Alternatively you may want to have a 1-1 session first to familiarise yourself with Pilates.

These sessions are specifically tailored to you and to helping you achieve your goals. They give us the freedom to go into the technique more thoroughly, building on your strengths and balancing out any weaker areas, getting the desired results more quickly. We will work at a pace that is right for you, and at a time that suits you, allowing you to see and feel how effective Pilates can be much more quickly than in a group setting.

We will start by establishing your aims and what you are looking to achieve, discussing any injuries etc and what (if any) prior experience you have of Pilates. Then we can work towards achieving the results you are looking for. We can decide what pace you want to work at - some clients like to really challenge and push themselves, others may prefer a gentle pace that focuses more on the mind-body connection.


If you and a friend/family member want to do a session together it's a way to get more personalised tuition for less money than a 1-1. As with 1-1s you will find this is a good way to fast-track yourselves towards your specific goals.
