I’m excited about the 1st Transform Pilates class of 2013! I can’t wait to give the abs and core a good workout after the Christmas break. I’m hoping to see some new faces there and also some familiar ones!
A lot happened in 2012 – we got the website up and started teaching classes in Teddington. More recently we did a photo shoot with the lovely Abi and Giles at Media Wisdom and have put some of the photos up on the website to brighten things up a bit.
I’m looking forward to seeing what 2013 has in store! Here’s hoping it’s full of fun, fitness and fulfilment!
